Monday, March 30th, 2009

alarmclocksmallJiu-Jitsu students be sure to set your alarm clocks. Rage Fight and Fitness will be moving our morning BJJ class to 6:00am as several students have mentioned that an extra 1/2 hour would make it easier for them to get to work on time. Classes now run from 6:00am to 7:00am on Tuesday and Thursday and are taught by BJJ Blackbelt Dave Trader. So far we have had a great turnout and the training has been excellent. We expect these classes will continue to grow. So, if you can make it, come in and start your day off with a great workout.
